Sledge provide Virtual Experiences, Live Experiences, Film and Incentive Travel Programmes for some of the worlds most recognised brands. Putting this together are 3 separate entities operating in different regions, each with common requirements, but also unique customisations for each.
We built a data driven solution that had a single code base, where each region could derive their own settings, but we retained the ability to roll out changes to all 3 solutions via an automated development cycle management system.
